Grilled cabbage with mashed potatoes

Grilled cabbage Cabbage 1 Cut pieces of the cabbage as you see on the picture. Shortly boil it in hot water for 2-3 minutes.  Preheat your oven on 180 degrees. Put the cabbage into the oven on baking sheets and grill them until the top becomes crispy.
Mashed potatoes Potatoes

Garlic

Magarine

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Peel and boil the potatoes. Once they are boiled, put away the water (maybe leaf 1 shot of hot water) and press the raw garlic toe into the potatoes. Then add the magarine and olive oil and mash everything together. Spice it with salt and pepper!

 

In order to make the dish not so dry I also added some spinach salad with balsamico vingegar dressing.

Roasted potatoes with bean-cranberry salad

Roasted potatoes Potaotes (hard-boiled) As much as you want Peel and slice the potatoes. Let them boil for 5 min in hot water so that they are already al dente.

 

Vegan margarine

Olive oil

Onion (yellow)

Sugar

Potatoes

Caraway seeds

Peel and slice the onion and let it sizzle till transparent in the oil and margarine. Also add the sugar.

Once onions are transparent, take the potatoes out of the pot with water and put them into the pan and let them roast. Add the caraway.

Slice the celery, tomatoes and onions and put them together with all other ingredients into a bowl.
