Roasted potatoes with bean-cranberry salad

Roasted potatoes Potaotes (hard-boiled) As much as you want Peel and slice the potatoes. Let them boil for 5 min in hot water so that they are already al dente.


Vegan margarine

Olive oil

Onion (yellow)



Caraway seeds



2 Tbsp

1 Tbsp

1 big one

1 pinch

Peel and slice the onion and let it sizzle till transparent in the oil and margarine. Also add the sugar.

Once onions are transparent, take the potatoes out of the pot with water and put them into the pan and let them roast. Add the caraway.

Bean – cranberry salad White beans

Celery stalks



Red onion

Olives (green)

Citric acid

Olive oil

Salt & pepper

1 can

1 stalk

2 Tbsp



3 Tbsp

3 Tbsp

4-5 Tbsp

Some pinches

Slice the celery, tomatoes and onions and put them together with all other ingredients into a bowl.
