Tomato paste

Prepare the quinoa as indicated on the packaging. Once the quinoa is done please chop the garlic and onion and add them together with the other ingredients to the quinoa.
Peppers / paprikas and side veggies Red paprika

Just cut the top from the paprika and take out all the seeds. Then boil the paprika shortly for 2-3 minutes. Afterwards place it (still without filling) into the preheated oven of 200°C together with the chopped fennel and the halfs of onions and some drops of olive oil. After around 15-20 min in the oven, take out the paprika and add the filling. Then put everything again in the oven for around 10-15 min.
