Soup | Sweet potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes and the yellow or red paprika and quarter them. Put them into a big pot filled with water until potatoes are just covered and let them boil until well cooked. Once the potatoes are soft/fall apart reduce the heat down to medium, put away 1/3 of the water and fill up with the coconut milk. Then add the chopped garlic. |
Garnish | Tomato
Onion Cilantro Garlic |

Slice the tomato and the onion and put them into a kitchen aid. Also add the garlic and the cilantro and mix them until there are still little pieces. |
Beans | Green beans
Ginger
Garlic Soy sauce Agave syrup Sunflower Oil |

1 thumb-thick piece 1 toe 2 shots 1 shot 1 shot |
Put the chopped ginger and garlic into the pan with hot oil and let them sizzle for around 2-3 min. Then add the beans and let them sizzle as well for another 2 minutes. Then add the the soy sauce and the agave syrup and cover the pan with the lid. Cook everything for another 10 minutes. |
