Cauliflower

Wash and cut the cauliflower and put it into a pot with water. Let it boil for around 10 minutes. Reduce the heat on medium fire. Then take out around half of the water and fill up with the coconut milk and add all other ingredients. Again, let everything cook for another 10-15 minutes. Once the cauliflower is well cooked switch off the fire and blend everything with your hand-blender. If the soup is too thick add some more water. |
