Chinese cabbage with Brussels sprouts and bulgur

Bulgur As much as you want Prepare according to packaging


Brussels sprouts

Chinese cabbage

Onions (red)

White vinegar

Olive oil

Salt & pepper

Black sesame







2-3 Tbsp

3 Tbsp






Halve the Brussels sprouts and cook them for 7-8 min (till soft). Pour off the water and put them into a bowl with the chopped Chinese cabbage and chopped onions. Season with the rest of the ingredients.
