Rice | As much as you want | Boil the rice and let it swell for around 20 min. Please prepare the rice according to the instruction on your package as boiling and swelling times differ.

While preparing the rice, already preheat your oven on 180°C.
Halve the Brussels sprouts and the olives and cut the red paprika into little quarters. Put all ingredients already into the casserole. Put some olive oil over it. |

Once the rice is done, put the rice and rest of the ingredients into the casserole and mix it with a spoon. |
Onion | 2 | Cut the onions into rings (according to picture) and put them on top of all other ingredients (where you normally would put some cheese). Put everything into the oven and let it bake until the onions start to become black. |
